Payment
All payments are managed directly through Pricetronic, via PayPal, Google Pay, and all major credit cards.
Shipping
Orders will be shipped out within four business days of purchase, Monday through Friday
with UPS ground shipping service. Our office is closed on the weekends and most US National Holidays.
Estimated delivery date is given by UPS or Pricetronic. UPS Ground shipments typically take anywhere from 1-5 business days to arrive, but could take longer depending on your location, weather conditions, or other unforeseen issues during the delivery. We require a street or physical shipping address - we currently cannot ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We only ship internationally using the Pricetronic GLOBAL SHIPPING PROGRAM (all available countries are noted in our product listings). Alaska/Hawaii and US Protectorates are excluded.
We cannot change shipping addresses from our end. If you need to make a change to the address on your order, please cancel the order within one hour of the purchase from your 'order history page' and place a new order with the corrected information.

Returns
Changed your mind? If you aren't delighted with your purchase, you can return a product within 30 days and we will happily refund the purchase price.
To initiate a return, find the item in 'My Pricetronic' under 'Purchase History' and select 'Return this Item' from the 'More Actions' drop-down menu and simply follow the prompts.
Since we do not charge any restocking fees, items must be returned in the exact condition in which they were received with all the packaging to qualify for a full refund.
